Well, yes, I am a computer technician. However, the shock and dismay at having to decipher "incluiding" was enough to throw me off my stride... and this from one who is about to teach helpless Japanese children the vagaries of an already eclectic language. Oh my. At least your grammar was acceptable. Shazzbutt, those little sideways heart attacks don't work in here!
